Thermocouple can be used to measure relative high temperature. It can measure temperature of fire directly. You do not have to worry about damaging it by high temperature.

Usage
Connect Thermocouple to any port in SenseDisc.
Connect probe to Thermocouple.
Place the sensor into the environment to be measured.

Do not measure temperature exceeding the measuring range.

The probe can be immersed into corrosive liquid or solid. Clean the probe after using and keep it dry.
