Principle
1. Used for friction experiments, to explore the friction surface, pressure, speed of movement, contact area and other factors on the size of the friction force.
2. The trolley control part pulls the trolley to move on the track at a constant speed, and measures the size of the trolley's pulling force in the process of movement through the built-in force sensor, and presents the data in real time on the terminals of Windows, Android, and iOS systems.
3. The trolley control component has a built-in adjustable uniform speed motor, providing fast, medium and slow speeds, with forward, reverse and stop functions; change the trolley speed by switching to different gears, and explore the effect of speed on the size of the friction force.
4. Change the contact area by turning over the trolley to investigate the effect of contact area on the size of friction.
5. The track is connected with the control parts in a plug-and-play way, so that it is easy to change the track surface quickly, and investigate the effect of the roughness of the friction surface on the friction force by replacing different track surfaces.
6. Change the pressure by adding metal counterweights to investigate the effect of pressure on the friction force.
7. The trolley control part has a built-in displacement identification device, which supports the intelligent stopping function of the trolley at the end of the track.
8. The track has built-in force recognition area, which makes the measurement data more accurate.
9. Scanning the QR code on the instrument through the mobile terminal can browse the experimental guidance and instructions for use of the instrument.

Maintenance
1. When not in use, the apparatus should be placed in a cardboard box and wipe dust on the surface lightly with a damp cloth.
2. Gently use the track. Avoid any collision caused by other objects to damage the track surface.
3. After using cart, turn off Bluetooth in order to minimize the power consumption.
